Hanayaka Kana, Ware ga Ichizoku

Yet again I discovered a new otome game that rest assured would be popular in time >:3 

I stumbled upon this game Hanayaka Kana, Ware ga Ichizoku while looking for yaoi doujinshis of Hakuouki. I was intrigued since when I tried to search for it on zerochan.net, no results were found. And being the hardcore fan girl that I am...I wasn't satisfied. After a few hours of searching, I came to this site: http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-9f-49-en-70-3sp2.html and it gave a short description for the game

"The Taisho period is one of the most romantic and interesting in Japanese history. Westernization brought about the prospering of many industries, which includes banking and foreign trade. The Miyanomori family is one of the corporations that benefited from the era. However, behind their glamorous front, a lot of conflicts are going on.

The player becomes Haru (name changeable) a country girl who gets recruited as a maid into the family. Get closer to the six potential heirs of the family and help them achieve their happy ending."

And after getting a few more pictures of the game, I'm really starting to like it bit by bit. I really want to try this out! And seeing that it's also from Idea Factory, I bet it won't disappoint! And what I liked more about this game is that the setting is also during historical Japan. I love stories that are set at those dates (just like Hakuouki) XD I'm really looking forward to this one! 

Hanayaka Kana, Ware ga Ichizoku was released just last year so I think it's not yet publicized that much outside Japan. But I will edit this post once I get more info about it ^_^

~And btw. Hanayaka Kana, Ware ga Ichizoku is a PSP game ♥ (I wish they'd release a PS2 ver. though T^T)

Ao no Exorcist Anime to air on April

Finally!!! Ao no Exorcist is having an anime counterpart!!! \^_^/

Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist) a story about a teenager, Rin Okumura, and his younger twin brother, Yukio. After finding out that he is the son of Satan, Rin entered True Cross Academy Exorcist School to train his powers and defeat Satan to avenge the man whom treated them as real children, and at the same time, surpass his brother Yukio, which he found out was already an instructor and meister in the academy. The manga is written and illustrated by Kazue Kato (Amazing, amazing woman! One of the best manga-ka I've ever seen).

The manga is AMAZING!!! the story, the art, the characters! They are all superb! I find it a bit like Soul Eater with a touch of Fullmetal Alchemist. Why? I suggest you read it! It currently has 17 chapters and is still ongoing. Though I hope the anime does stick with the manga XD It's set to air this April 2011 so be sure to watch it! I guarantee, it won't disappoint! >:3

Matanglawin -- Cosplay episode

I've been waiting for that episode almost a week before it was even aired. And I have to say...I was a bit disappointed :(

I still can't see the whole episode in youtube....probably in some other site :x 

Jin is my FAVORITE Filipino cosplayer, and the moment I saw her posts on FB that they just finished a shoot on a certain TV program got me really excited! I don't see Jin so much at conventions so I assumed that she will be interviewed or her cosplays will be showcased on that show (which was still a mystery to me at that time). Then it was revealed that the certain show was "Matanglawin", a program at ABS-CBN hosted by Kuya Kim Atienza every Sundays at 9:30 AM.Of course that got me more hyped up on watching the show. And then Sunday (January 16, 2011) came, I was up early waiting for the start of the program. I even skipped some of my daily chores just to watch that episode XD haha! 


Okay, I'll skip on the details (to avoid "spoilers" LOL!) I dunno, I mean, the cosplayers they invited were great! (Nikki Gevana, Yuu Shomura, Alexandra Keuls, well mostly cscentrl models). But what I'm saying is that they made Jin look like an extra! -.- And of course would it even be possible to forget about the "cosplay queen" Alodia. I find her acting reeeaaaalllly....lame? I get goosebumps whenever I see her talk on television. It's not that I hate her or anything but, I wish she could have just sticked to cosplaying/modeling rather that acting/hosting on TV. Actually the whole show kinda sucked. I find some of the information they presented wrong and a bit biased. I'm saying this as an otaku and cosplayer. And if it weren't for Ryan Bang (he's crazy!!! XD) the show would have been very boring even if it was about anime and cosplay.

It has been AGES since I last made a blogger account. I had one before but unfortunately, I forgot my password and eventually forgot what e-mail address I was using XP LOL!

Anyway, my new blog will 'probably' be about my random rants about my effing college life O.o, anime and manga related posts, J-pop biz, and cosplay >:3 I'll also be posting some of my drawings and sketches, and also some of my fan fics and OCs (if I'm in the mood for it though XD)
